Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying my balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms, though not like the pictures, had a unique loft apartment style with some nice rustic accents. There was only one trash can in the bathroom, and I improvised with a small leather camp stool for my luggage. The service was friendly and caring overall, except for a slightly early checkout reminder. The location, near Arizona State University, was convenient for exploring the campus and stadium. The dining options were limited, but there was a neat game room to hang out in. I didn't see any dressers or closets in the room, but the coolers were handy.
I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy. The rooms were well-appointed with a modern design, but lacked storage space, which made it inconvenient. The service was exceptional, always helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for those visiting Tempe or ASU, although it could be noisy due to the nearby road and party neighborhood. The dining options were limited, with only available breakfast for sale. The facilities were good overall.
Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unbearable smell, but once getting past that, we found a big flat screen TV, a super comfortable king bed, and a balcony facing the pool. The rooms felt a little sterile and unfortunately were still dirty in some areas.
